Membership Levels

Regular Membership

CVOP is committed to shaping the careers of young scientists. Thus, 5 or more peer-reviewed publications are required for regular membership. Regular members are authorized to vote, hold office and sit on committees.

Associate Membership

Appropriate for applicants with fewer than 5 peer-reviewed publications. Associate Members are not eligible to vote or hold office but are able to sit on committees.

Student Membership

Appropriate for applicants currently enrolled in any authorized educational program, full-time training, at degree-granting institution (undergraduate, graduate, medical student, resident, fellow). Student Members are not eligible to vote or hold office.

CVOP invites you to join an international group of leading psychiatrists, psychologists, ophthalmologists, and neuroscientists engaged in basic, translational, and clinical neuroscience research.

As a member of CVOP, you have the opportunity to engage with senior and junior members who are the forefront of vision science research in psychiatry and neuroscience.
